I haven't been able to test it myself, but I firmly believe it will be compatible as Windows 10 is internally (despite what the name would led you to believe) very similar to Windows 8.1. (Frederik Slijkerman)

Windows 10 is a great upgrade. It is what Windows 8 should have been. MB3D works great, and every other program that I use works... I have been using the preview since February. I have yet to have any serious problems. (JT Ashley45)

I asked Xyrus-02, he said that Apo7x will work, he also said "everything which runs on windows 8.1 also runs on 10" because the architecture didn't change. (C-91)
