A Series By The Founder

This is a continuation of a monthly feature of various people's works created in Ultra Fractal, showing some of the amazing artistry that I particularly admire. Some of the artists are no longer active here at dA, or scarcely come here and so will be older works, many of which were created before facilities in UF became more "visual", and so a very good retention of learning knowledge (or at least a cataloguing) of what did what was perhaps more needed.

ERSI

At the time I started doing this series, Ersi would have been classified amongst my "old timers" in creating beautiful UF artwork, but I'm delighted to say that she has become active again and is producing images that are as beautiful as ever.  Her sense of colour and formations make even, what could have been, the most uninteresting of work look simply amazing - true eye-candy.  Ersi is also a traditional artist, so go and visit her gallery to see the full extent of her wonderful artistic talents.

The Corner of the Sky
This has to be one of my all-time favourites, uploaded just recently!  Just look at how, without overdoing it
in any way, those fluorescent blues stand out and give an extra dimension to the rest of the image.

In Your Dreams
In fact, I have difficulty choosing between these two, because they both capture my imagination
and appeal to my sense of adventure in other dimensions through their carefully chosen colours and fine detail.

Early Blossoms by ersi
Early Blossoms
This was one of her first ever pieces of fractal art produced soon after she began using UF!
So simple, yet...  Just look at those heavenly lights - or could they be angels - in a glorious
rainbow of mystical colour-tones, reflected also in the water below.

The Sacred Bull by ersi
The Sacred Bull Carries the Moon Dancer
Another earlier work, but just look at those amazing textures and the rich yellow ochre colourings that
are central to this amazing abstract.  This not only got a DD, but there is some interesting history behind it too.

The Queen Moves by ersi
The Queen Moves
Wonderful use of texture, colour and form, based on a game of chess!

Bubble Wrap
And finally, another of her latest uploads - what is there to say that I haven't already said?!!
